  1. My sincere condolences to the wife and family of my Sierra Leone Grammar school friend from Freetown Vijayendran. At first we had difficulties with your name when you joined us in Form 2, but you turned out to be a delight to be with and a good friend. Take your rest my friend – it is the Lord’s will may you find eternal rest in his bosom.

  3. “Good people pass away; the godly often die before their time. But no one seems to care or wonder why. No one seems to understand that God is protecting them from the evil to come.2 For those who follow godly paths will rest in peace when they die.” Isaiah 57: 1-2
I never understood this verse until Vijayan was taken to Glory. It was God’s timing to protect him from all the pain and sorrows of the world. It is hard for all the loved ones and Vijayan will be terribly missed. Even though we are unable to be present at the thanks giving service, we say “Dear Vijayan! You will be always in our hearts. We bid good bye to you and soon will see you in our FATHER’s home.” It is our prayer that God will give strength and courage to my dearest sister Salome, precious little Shiloh and Achsah, Beauty Aunty and Vijayan’s mom and the family members.
